Why do I need to activate QR Pay again when making a payment with QR code in China, even though I have activated it before?
According to QR code in China’s compliance requirements, QR Pay activation is required under the following conditions:

You have not completed the Identity Verification (both Standard and Advanced), or
-
You have completed Identity Verification but used identity documents that do not meet the QR code in China's requirements.

Why am I required to submit additional information, or why is my account under review via PIX Pay?
As required by the payment method's regulations, an account review must be conducted. You may need to provide additional information such as your nationality, full name, date of birth, gender, and residential address. The review process typically takes up to one (1) business day.
